a. Evaluation of historical road maintenance costs trends and projection of reasonably expected road maintenance costs for FY 2023-2024
b. Outstanding road maintenance from FY 2022-2023 (e.g., no fall maintenance, Blue Spruce issue, water run-off damage, etc.)
5. Discuss and Approve (anticipated) Snow Removal and Road Maintenance Contract FY 2023-2024. Voting Item
