Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is made up of four officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary) elected by the HOA Membership to serve two-year terms. No member may serve in the same office for more than two consecutive terms. The fifth member of the Board is filled by the immediate past President, or in the event that the immediate past President is unable or unwilling to serve, a Member at Large is selected by a process outlined in the HOA Bylaws.
